Leave No Trace has a strong presence at the Kathmandu Coast to Coast race as part of the partnership. LNT has been working to give key messages about disposing of waste properly, respecting Kea and planning ahead and preparing to avoid introducing pests and diseases into new areas.
Richard Wesley and Chris North set up a scavenger hunt for clues on each of the seven principles and Kathmandu supplied drink bottles as prizes. It was really popular with support crews and particularly the young supporters. Great to see the energy and enthusiasm for minimum impact practices.
